Vision Expo is the complete event for ophthalmic professionals; where eyecare meets eyewear, and education, fashion and innovation mingle.  From high-end optical buyers and practice managers to independent optometrists and opticians, Vision Expo connects the vision community like no other event.

Please note the following:

• I understand that this application does not guarantee me a presentation time at any of the shows selected and instead only registers my request to hold a panel. If accepted, panel times are chosen based on availability.
• Eligible presentations are only non-accredited and are scheduled in 30-45 minute blocks. Additional presentation time will be provided at Vision Expo’s discretion and is not guaranteed. Vision Expo reserves the right to adjust the time and/or location of presentations at any time. Presentations may be livestreamed and recorded.
• Accepted speakers will need to acknowledge acceptance to Vision Expo’s Vision SAFE safety precautions as provided by Vision Expo and the venue.  For more information on safety procedures, please visit https://west.visionexpo.com/en-us/plan/visionsafe.html
•  Vision Expo speakers are subject to our anti-harassment policy, which prohibits offensive verbal comments in relation to, but not limited to, race, gender, gender identity, national origin, sexual orientation, age, and appearance. 
• The exhibit hall main stage is equipped with wireless handheld microphones, projectors and screens, and hookups for laptops.  Vision Expo does not provide laptops.  If you need a laptop for your presentation, you will be responsible for bringing your own or renting one from our dedicated AV vendor.
