First impressions dictate the atmosphere of our patient's experience. We will discuss our ability to maximize a positive appointment through phone etiquette , staff strategies, and maximizing initial communication. We will examine applicable marketing techniques in the frame room. Identifying the direct correlation between our patient's first impression and their desire to utilize us for all of their eye care needs.
