This is a course designed to promote pro-activity in a hyper competitive market. We will examine the numerous eye care choices our patients are faced with daily. We will learn to cultivate a foundation of trust for new patients, while we continue to communicate proficiency with our loyal patients. Confidence has been proven to be the main criteria for our patient's continued loyalty; and is palpable between the prescribing doctor and staff/team members. Together we will learn to develop confidence with each team member and the prescribing doctor. Working together as a team utilizing each other's strengths. We will discuss how to improve our visibility and create familiarity within our community. Familiarity will enhance continued practice growth as new patients view us as recognizable.
