"My patients just won't pay for that". "Patients just want what their insurance covers". In optometry school, we spend four years learning how to be great clinicians. We receive no training at all in how to communicate with patients. This one hour course will provide techniques and phrases to use in the exam room so "how much will that be?" will be asked much less at the end of the exam.
