September 21, 2019, 7:15 AM - 8:15 AM

Sands Convention Center - 707-V

Irregular corneal surfaces due to ectasias, scars, dystrophies, tear film and other causes can create significant degradation of vision quality. Appropriate lens type/case selection will enhance visual rehabilitation. This course will use case study examples to present lens-type specific management of the irregular cornea. Indications and proper use of corneal GP, tandem GP/SCL, hybrid, custom SCL and scleral contact lens uses will be presented. Audience participation is encouraged.
