This course acknowledges concerns about the regulations, increased oversight, reduced reimbursements, and administrative burdens that dominate medical professionals' conversations about "health care reform" and highlights strategies to survive the reform programs, comply with the mandates, and most importantly unlock and enjoy the hidden value these changes can bring to a practice. Clinical case studies will demonstrate how two private practices serving very different patient demographics have implemented these strategies utilizing advanced technologies to identify and manage eye disease with improved outcomes, efficiencies, and experiences for patients and office personnel.
