This class explores how many key performance indicators are related and how we can make changes to become more profitable. By applying the concepts discussed our practices will be transformed into dominant profit centers, not just a place to sell glasses. The key to profit is understanding capture rate. We will talk about how to use tried and true retail rules and adapt them to increase capture rate.
