In this course you will learn that the telephone can be a valuable tool for drawing patients into your practice or a negative that turns people away. This is the biggest sales position in the office. When patients call they are getting a first impression of your office and they are asking you to give them enough information to decide if they want to be a patient in your practice. You will learn the proper phone etiquette when answering the phone and how to give patients the information that will make them say "yes" to your practice.
