This lecture will use case presentations refer to a tertiary retina practice to discussion clinical presentations of macular holes, vitreomacular traction and peripheral retinal holes and breaks. The understanding of the clinical picture and overall findings and risk factors are crucial for proper management. Emphasis will be on appropriate and timely referral based upon the understanding of the overall clinical presentation.
