This course will be a panel presentation by a group of highly successful specialty contact lens practitioners. They will share their various journeys in the establishment of their contact lens practices. They will tell you about the key elements required in the different portions of their practice that together resulted in practices that attract patients from near and far. Topics that will be discussed will include; how do you take that first step towards being a contact lens specialist, the importance of highly skilled and educated staff, the incorporation of advanced technologies in specialty contact lens practice, how to establish practice systems and how build a referral network.
