Over the last 30 years, Mr. Binkowitz has had extensive experience in retail operations, merchandising & marketing, manufacturing & distribution, technology development, national sales, and on-site interactive consulting. With the development of GPN™, he created a unique company that provides independent practitioners with business management tools and processes and is the founder of The EDGE. Mr. Binkowitz served 2 years as the Benedict professor at the Houston College of Optometry and remains an adjunct professor. He has published articles in many eye care industry magazines and is a key note speaker at many industry events, both domestically and internationally. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Business Strategy & Field Operations for Total Eye Care Partners as well developing work shops for independents. Jay is a large supporter of the PMC {Pan Mass Challenge} and raises funds to support the fight against pediatric cancers as a member of Team Kermit. His personal passions include scuba diving , under water photography, international travel and most importantly time with his wife Bettina, family and friends.
