Press Releases – Easy!

The My Show online planning tool allows media to search for the latest exhibitor news. Simply log into your Exhibitor Dashboard and choose the ADD Press Releases option to the right and follow the instructions.


Media Conferences – Underutilized Opportunity!

The Media and Press Center is available to exhibitors for press events during Vision Expo at no charge.

If you're at Vision Expo, it's likely that you have something new. Don't just let attendees know, let the media know too! Please contact Jessica Lutz at jlutz@thevisioncouncil.org if interested.

Note: The press and press center comes equipped with screen, projector and laptop hook-ups.
Food & Beverage Needs

Note: You may order food and beverage by assuming associated charges. The media and press center has coffee, water and continental breakfast available to media at no charge.
There is coffee and light breakfast snacks available in the press office during press conferences. If you want additional food and beverage during your press conference, incurred at your own expense, please email us and we will send you an order form.

Pre-Registered Media List – Send Press Releases or Invitations

A list of pre-registered trade media is available to exhibitors.  This list will include a name, title, media outlet and contact information.  It is recommended that the list be used to reach out to editors and reporters with information pertaining to your company's unique product(s), upcoming launch and/or in-booth demonstrations.  Submit your request to jlutz@thevisioncouncil.org.


Press Kits – Digital is best!

It’s best to email us your press releases before the show so we can add them to our onsite press kite. Or if you’d like, simply drop-off your press kits (preferably on a USB) in the media and press office to ensure media representatives have plenty of time to review your latest products and services.

Show Specials & New Products – share your news with us early!

Highlight your events, parties, seminars, gifts with purchase, exhibitor product discounts, free gifts with no purchase necessary, celebrity appearance, new product launches, contests and more! Show specials are available for attendees and media to view and print in order to help them plan their time. This helps us promote the show better so please share today by emailing us.
